Howdy and welcome weary traveller!
I create academic-style video essays dissecting pop culture, film, television, and cultural issues.
You may know me for my Bojack Horseman videos, but I got a lot more going on!

I'm working on my next long-form video and would love your opinion!
Here are three ideas I’m noodling around and really excited about.
Which one would you be most interested in as a video essay?
(I know they sound a little sensational, but don’t worry—they’re just titles! The videos themselves will be measured, well-researched, and, Ariana-fied.)
But yeah, I’m curious! Let me know your thoughts and thanks for your time!

I watched Mickey 17 yesterday and enjoyed it so much that I'm making a video about it.
I literally just finished writing the first draft of the script, so it should be out by at least next week.
First video of 2025. Woo!

In honour of Anora winning so many Oscars, I want to share with you a birthday card I got earlier this year inspired by the poster.

If you’re a fan of the topics I cover in my videos, I HIGHLY recommend watching Charlie Kaufman’s film, ‘I’m Thinking of Ending Things.’
Bonus, I’m working on a video about it, so if do decide to check out the movie, you’ll be ready for that. It’s going to be a good one!

Welcome to my annual round-up of all the films I saw for the first time in a given year. This year, I decided I combine films with series I completed in full because they’re basically just long broken-up movies that I invested a lot of time into and deserve to be rewarded for that.
In total, in 2024, I watched 102 movies/full series. As you can see through the list, we went through a lot of phases. Aliens, Pirates of the Caribbean, Mad Max, and just a whole bunch of Brendan Fraser (part two of the Fraser marathon coming in 2025).
Because of the sheer amount of films we watched, it was really hard to pick which were my favourites, but after much debate and consideration, I narrowed it down to a solid top 5 (as shown in the carousel). But you can see the full list right below this sentence:

Please, for the love of god.

With today being American election day, why not get into the democratic mood by watching my discussion on why the Trump biopic, The Apprentice, might be the most important movie of the decade.
And happy voting to my American followers!

🚨NEW VIDEO...again🚨
I saw the Donald Trump biopic, The Apprentice, and I think it might be the most important film in American history (or at least the most important one released during the election).
Hear my thoughts about it and why I think that on my new video!
