Can’t wait to share it with you all soon, it’ll be very emotional for me as it represents so much pain and challenge turned into power, my ex leaving me last month truly made me doubt everything , after saving her life and being by her side at her lowest to then leaving me , it truly made me question my entire existence but it was a needed event to turn me into the superhero we will all see soon🙏❤️ I’m back stronger happier and truly at peace and ready to use my pain and turn it into positivity hope and to show people they aren’t alone, the world needs hope , I needed it so desperately this year and last year but no one gave it to me except for the superhero in me and my dream , that’s what I aim to spread to others to realise they are the superhero 🦸‍♂️🙏❤️

This is my current physique after a month of emotional binge eating — triggered by heartbreak I’d never felt before.
It sent me into a spiral of self-doubt, binge eating everyday , self sabotage , using food to numb the pain and cope with emotions I didn’t know how to face.

But now… I’m at peace.
Stronger. Clearer.
And finally becoming the man — the superhero — I was always meant to be.

That heartbreak broke me… but it also rebuilt me.
It became my spiritual reset — a transformation that gave me back my soul, my energy, and my purpose.

I’m genuinely happy again.
And ready to spread hope, healing, and light to the world.
Always be kind. You never know who’s quietly fighting a war inside.

- But then came heartbreak, the end of love, my joy, & the man I used to be.

But I will not let the setbacks define me , my Super Suit is nearly ✅ & it'll be a new chapter for my life

This time last year,
I was overweight, depressed, and drowning in self-doubt.
Mocked, laughed at, hated—for my body, my mind, my pain.
I hated myself.
No confidence.
No direction.
Just stress-eating to feel something… while strangers online tore me down even more.
I lost family and I lost myself.
It truly was rock bottom.
I was completely lost.

But that version of me didn’t disappear—
I rebuilt him.
I turned pain into purpose.
And one year later, I became my own superhero—physically and mentally.
Now I use that strength to inspire millions.
Because saving myself gave me the power to help others rise too.
