My father passed this Thursday.
Today, I honor the lineage he came from — the warriors of Bornu.
Men of strength… discipline… and unshakable spirit.

My father carried that same warrior energy in everything he did:
his love, his sacrifices, his endurance, and the way he stood for family.

He has now returned to the ancestors.
A Bornu warrior rejoining his own.

And I carry his legacy forward.
His strength lives in me.
His spirit walks with me.

Rest well, Dad.
Son of Bornu — forever.
