guys i love being the bottle collector of the family. Got two jars and an old wine bottle given to me in the past 7 days by my family. I have an about 50 year old coca cola bottle I found in my grandparent’s backyard. My dibs are placed on all the cool looking bottles whose contents aren’t used up yet.

Yesterday I read a post by someone (I won’t share the specific name because it ended up as a misunderstanding) that says:
“‘everything will get better it takes time’ bc if you rlly put some thought into it no it dosent and it probably never will.’”

She was talking about mental health and how deleting oneself is not selfish, but in the process, made it sound as if it does not get better.

I left a comment in hopes that she would fix her mistake. Instead, she told me that that was not what she was saying and that I should post about it instead. So here I am, posting about it.

But why did I get so upset?

Because it does get better. So, so much better. Don’t believe people who say it doesn’t. It can be a day. Two days. A month, a year. It may take time and that’s okay because it will get better nonetheless.

Also, after communicating with the author, I found out that that was not what she meant. She’s actually quite nice. It’s now just another thing to remind me to not be angry as soon as I see something that could’ve been a simple mistake. :]
