Overall, JapEn has become a sideway cv which other jeb cv can surpass without a lot struggles. The music choice doesn't deserve the JapEn at all; i thought I'm watching a typical jeb cv that you could find watching for the entire year. With the color and theme, to be honest it's giving vibe of JapEn 9th but in remastered version.
Personal message to Futemi. : you have shown the potential of being a great editor for the entire year from editing Saria 1st, Machinamentum, etc. I'd like to suggest that you should go for higher aim and make your own original series rather than be editor for someone else. Wish you the best!
los1Cel : Great combination of counter and Nanafushi's passes, the tempo and structure is so satisfying. aoneko : aoneko being aoneko here. omoemon : Solid one but still typical jeb sc spinning. (cool sc btw) Penguin : I have the same thought as Coffy that it's a surprise to see you here, because your style relatively doesn't align with jeb traditional spinning. anarchy : Cool effect from anarchy as always. plum. : old school spinning here with that vintage keyboard, i think everyone have the same opinion that the eyeglasses is what annoying us while watching. Laku : how should i put it here, i expected to see something original and more impactful from him not mainstreaming 2p2h. Also the finisher doesn't turned out that good. Meves : Meves being Meves here. octopus : haven't heard this name for while, so surprise to see you here with entertaining sc combo. Imbocd : Well, there's a lot of better combo of him out there which it's not here. Saria : Saria being Saria here A : Solid use of seasick in sc combo. AiMo : To be honest, I'm so sick of your combo for real. i saw you name first time back in JapEn 2020 and i still see you here bruh. Olive : average jeb fast sc spinning . Yohmyak : Cool idea has shown here.
i personally think this one is worse than JapEn 20th due to both casts and music choice, ESPECIALLY MUSIC CHOICE.

he decided to neglect, abandon or even find methods to demolish it, committed a rough oath to make actions only to serve his own will and no more for it, any matters which benefits it from his action; consider it as a left piece of his commiseration
Overall, Lotus is nerfed from musical condition here, his edits is decent as always plus too much of color grading in this one (he also did this in VORE-TEX 1st and Shiori but those ones still acceptable), yet so far can't compare to masterpieces he did in JapEn 12th™ and Dance Above the Floor
VAIN : the spinners i don't want him to be in JapEn the most by this moment (yes I'm biased), his spinning meets jeb standard and well combined with odd ideas, so far it's reasonable why he's deserve his place in this JapEn
KoVi : he was one of my fav spinners back in old days, despite he has pretty stable linkages with his DC mod but it mostly turned out boring, recently he spins SC a lot and i liked it for a bit, i love lighting and his setup in this combo
TUv4 : one of the most technical and creative spinners from jeb back in 2021, however it turned out boring after times passed, i have no comment on this one
PS-728 : oldie, seems like after his comebacks in 2022 he practiced and participated a lot in many cv which i appreciate that, why this one is so RED shame on Lotus then
Meves : also oldie, he is finally in JapEn after 17 years of spinning and hard work, you got my respect
Nanafushi : the phenomenal one back in 2022, same as others so times passed and it's not your stage anymore, 3rd streaks in JapEn now
Muren : jeb power oke, congrats for being in JapEn for the first time, this one is so strong and i appreciate your hard work
Jiv. : okay this is the one that has combo placement issues, the music rhythm is obviously faster than his spinning and it doesn't fit his style for real, it's boring one i'd say
Rai : average jeb sc spinner
Iteza : oldie and my fav spinner, not surprised seeing him here
AiMo : okay this is your 5th streaks in JapEn so i have no comments
Tetora : umm, what is this angle? Also can't see nothing shame on Lotus again
Disappointed, they spoiled us for announcing MEL as main editor also music choices and edits really gave us his stylø humor, these casts provided us only a little surprised for having a shadix back but his combo is too long for 2-3 sec, kay for cool 2h ending, nanafushi/AiMo aren't phenomenal anymore, a_l_p for boring style (cuz i preferred his deryck 6th more than anything), glad to see Saria but nothing special, cool counters from yohmyak but being JEB ceases his full potential, Jujorous for cool mousepad, cake stands for hyper drowsy/noel clone, nothing from beat red and yua, Asuki for being average JEB, aoneko for great paces and control
After all, this JapEn will be remember as the best edits one not the phenomenal as Twelve Moment or 4th
P.S. I'M SO GRATEFUL TO NOT SEEING VAIN IN THIS JAPEN LOOOOOL
