I'm sharing all my tools with you in how I lost 60 pounds in my 40s while struggling with Kidney Disease, Celiac Disease, and psoriasis. I started strength training on my 40th birthday & have been consistently sharing my journey. I grew up in New York. Happily married 2 my blind date, the inventor of Hang-O-Matic, Jared Rabin. I have been battling with my weight most of my life. I was diagnosed with PKD at 10 and celiac Disease at 32 years old. After many years of yo-yo diets and too much cardio, I learned there’s another way when I signed up to try for a Bikini Fitness competition in 2018. However, doubt got in my way, and I didn't complete my goal until 2023 when I took first place in the bikini division. Today, I want to inspire you not to give up.

Step 1- Dial In your nutrition or the rest of the steps will not matter. Eat Whole Foods Most.
Step 2- Stop counting steps. It’s not working when that’s all you focus on. You cannot walk a dog & burn 100 calories when your yogurt is 200 calories.
Step 3- fat burn happens at 20 min mark of HUFFING & PUFFING. if you’re strolling then your heart will thank you but your body fat REMAINS

Step 7 - if you are STRUGGLING right now. What you ate today NEEDS TO CHANGE. How you moved today was NOT ENOUGH & you can repeat your struggles tomorrow OR make a change!

What we think is rarely the real truth. Today women blame menopause because it’s happpebing today but the 1 to 5 started it awhile back & some haven’t recovered from that pain.
That’s why I started fitness on my 40th. I had a realization of my life & had to make a change.
