I'm sharing all my tools with you in how I lost 60 pounds in my 40s while struggling with Kidney Disease, Celiac Disease, and psoriasis. I started strength training on my 40th birthday & have been consistently sharing my journey. I know you can do the same if you allow yourself to step into the unknown & commit to the fitness lifestyle. I'm the creator of the KRF Sleep Waist Trainer & Eat Your Way To Fit Fitness program. I grew up in New York. Happily married 2 my blind date, the inventor of Hang-O-Matic, Jared Rabin. I have been battling with my weight most of my life. I was diagnosed with PKD at 10 and celiac Disease at 32 years old. After many years of yo-yo diets and too much cardio, I learned there’s another way when I signed up to try for a Bikini Fitness competition in 2018. However, doubt got in my way, and I didn't complete my goal until 2023 when I took first place in the bikini division. Today, I want to inspire you not to give up.

No one is explaining manifesting correctly.

And that’s why you think you haven’t achieved it.

But the truth is you actually did.

You don’t manifest what you want.

Because what you want already exists inside of you. Whatever you’re asking for has been given to you and you have it or you spent it or you don’t remember receiving it.

The version of you who has the body ( you are a human body )

The love ( you have loved someone )

The money ( you have WiFi that’s money )

The confidence ( every human is confident they can …. Fill in the blank )

The peace ( put your phone down & go to bed that’s peace )

But you’re still trying to catch something outside of you.

You keep looking for the proof first. I just shared proof.

The result first. It doesn’t work that way.

The sign first. You get them daily.

The validation first. Validate yourself all day long with words. It’s free.

But manifestation doesn’t start with getting.

It starts with becoming.

You don’t chase the thing.

You become the person who already holds it.

You stop asking, “When is it coming?”

And you start asking, “Who would I be if it was already mine?”

How would you walk?

How would you eat?

How would you speak?

What would you tolerate?

What would you finally stop explaining?

That’s the shift.

Manifesting isn’t pretending.

It’s remembering.

It’s returning to the version of you that already exists beneath the fear, the doubt, and the old story.

You’re not waiting for your life to change. You’re practicing the identity that changes it.

Did this make more sense?

#1 to quick belly fat loss is by writing this every night & every morning.

I am so happy and grateful now that I have released the need to punish my body. My fitness is an act of self-love, and my body responds to my gratitude with strength, metabolic fire, and effortless ease. I am not losing my youth; I am gaining my mastery.

Sharing motivation or inspiration has been challenging lately because I’m realizing people don’t just need more advice. Most people already know what they “should” do.

What they really need is honesty.

I used to ignore the rules and still expect a toned result. I wanted confidence while avoiding consistency. I wanted change while repeating the same habits. And for a long time, I kept hoping motivation would somehow override my choices.

It doesn’t work that way.

Eventually, I realized discipline wasn’t punishment. It was self-respect. The small things we repeatedly do become our future reality, whether we like it or not.

I think a lot of us are tired of pretending we don’t already know what’s keeping us stuck.

And one thing I’m learning from sharing online is that people don’t always hear advice the way it’s intended. Most people hear it through the filter of their own pain, disappointments, excuses, identity, and personal story.

That’s why real change is so difficult.

People don’t just have to change their habits. They often have to change the story they keep repeating about themselves.

The discipline theory

You know that version of you, you keep waiting to become?

The “disciplined” woman. The woman who meal preps perfectly.

Wakes up early.
Never emotionally eats.
Never skips workouts.
Never loses motivation.

You think she wakes up one day with more discipline.

NOPE! I didn’t.

She or he creates systems.
She changes her environment.
She repeats small behaviors until they become identity.

Most people are not failing because they lack discipline.

They’re exhausted.
Overstimulated.
Emotionally overwhelmed.
Living in environments that keep reinforcing the same habits.

The woman you want to become isn’t waiting for motivation.

She’s building a lifestyle that makes consistency easier.

Stop worshipping discipline.

Start creating a life that supports the version of you you’re trying to become.

Let me add. That guy you don’t like right now. Guess what. He doesn’t like himself either.

In fact. He hates himself way more than how much you dislike him. Yup. There. I said it. That’s fkin truth. He didn’t hurt you. He hurt himself over & over & over & he continues to hurt himself.

You want to love a man for his potential but he is not becoming the man you deserve.

🤨. Oooooo that just flew out of my head & that should be a fkin tshirt.

Ps. If you grew up in chaos like I did. That becomes our normal view but it’s not. Chaos is painful. To love chaos in others in not bringing up the peace & calm we desire.

Are you exhausted? Because you’re spending your whole life trying to prove yourself. I was very exhausted trying to prove to others or myself.

Prove you’re worthy.
Prove you’re attractive.
Prove you belong.
Prove you’re successful.
Prove you’re enough.

Meanwhile, the real transformation happens when you stop performing for people and start improving for yourself.

The people who are truly confident don’t move from desperation they move from alignment.

Stop “I’M PROVING.”
Start improving.

I am loving these posts because every word I type affirms how I feel about myself.

And every word you read inspires you to start doing the same.

Writing is powerful because it reveals alignment. The mind connects to every word we repeat positive or negative and eventually the body, emotions, and identity follow.

That’s the real outcome each individual receives.

The story you keep writing about yourself becomes the life you start believing.

Try it. Write a comment below. Hear your inner voice. Words match your finger on keys.

Once you stop writing. You find new thoughts that sound negative.

What does a Man or Woman and an airplane have in common?

Both were built to fly but too many stay grounded because of fear, baggage, and carrying too much weight that was never theirs to begin with.

Neither performs well on autopilot for too long.

At some point, you have to wake up, take control, and change direction.

I can give you direction but if you DON’T take it then it’s not going to work.

Peptides / GLP-1 are appetite suppressant SHORT CUTS that once the gas runs out ….. you, car, airplane goes DOWN!

short term sounds exciting but just wait till those people see themselves in 10 years with more body fat than today.

No one succeeds when something stops.

Glp1 stops
Peptides stop
Calorie deficit stops
Etc.

It’ll all go back. There is No escape!

I’m proud to share that at 47 years old and 11 months I’m still doing it the good ole natural way which works!

I was 20 on the right.

Eating less ✅
Gaining unwanted fat ✅
Skipping meals ✅
Following bad advice ✅
Staying stuck ✅

I thought I was doing everything right.

I wasn’t.

I was slowly building habits
that were working against me.

The truth is most people are following people who are just as lost.

And instead of learning, they repeat what feels familiar even when it’s not working.

Because the fear isn’t failure.
It’s the unknown.

“I don’t know what to do differently,
so I’ll just keep doing this.”

Even when it’s clearly not working.

We stay stuck falling instead of trying to get up.

Meanwhile, all I had to do was eat eggs for breakfast.

Simple. But simple doesn’t feel believable.

We’ve been programmed to think it has to be hard to work.

When really skipping breakfast is easier.
Cooking eggs feels harder.

And that’s where everything goes wrong.

Make the damn eggs! What you do today will either hurt or help you tomorrow.
