I'm sharing all my tools with you in how I lost 60 pounds in my 40s while struggling with Kidney Disease, Celiac Disease, and psoriasis. I started strength training on my 40th birthday & have been consistently sharing my journey. I grew up in New York. Happily married 2 my blind date, the inventor of Hang-O-Matic, Jared Rabin. I have been battling with my weight most of my life. I was diagnosed with PKD at 10 and celiac Disease at 32 years old. After many years of yo-yo diets and too much cardio, I learned there’s another way when I signed up to try for a Bikini Fitness competition in 2018. However, doubt got in my way, and I didn't complete my goal until 2023 when I took first place in the bikini division. Today, I want to inspire you not to give up.

You Are Enough!
In a world that constantly asks you to be more, do more, and have more, it is easy to feel like you’re perpetually falling behind.
But here is a gentle reality check: Your value isn't a performance review.
The noise of "not being good enough" is usually just that—noise. Today, let’s make a conscious effort to lower the volume on that inner critic.
Today’s Goal: The "Less" Rule
You don’t have to achieve total, unwavering confidence overnight. That’s a tall order for anyone. Instead, aim for a smaller, more human goal:
- Doubt yourself just a little bit less than you did yesterday.
- Give yourself 10% more grace when you make a mistake.
- Pause for 3 seconds before you agree with a self-critical thought.
Remember This:
“ You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress simultaneously."
You have survived 100% of your hardest days. You have skills you take for granted and a perspective that belongs only to you. Perfection is a myth, but being enough is your current reality.
Take a deep breath. Trust your gut. You’ve got this.

Do you want to get fit, toned, have nice shape OR do you just want the scale to go lower? You can’t have both at the same time.
To tone is by building muscle or it won’t be visible when the scale goes down.
If the muscle is tiny but fat over muscle is large then you can’t see that muscle.
5 is greater than 2. Let’s say 5 is fat & muscle is 2.
You must increase muscle to 5 & that fat will become a 2.
