Hay y’all, I'm Templeton Thompson.
I've been a professional singer/songwriter & touring artist for my entire adult life. I've written songs for folks like Reba McEntire, Jo Dee Messina, Little Texas and others. I've sung hundreds of demos for Nashville's biggest writers and background vocals on a bunch of records. And I’ve been a horse girl since I was born. So, for me, Music & Horses are meant to go together. I'm here to share some of my music, my life on our little ranchette, our little piece of Heaven I refer to as our ‘T9e’ Ranch (Southern translation: ‘tee niny’ pronounced ‘T Nine E,’ which means REALLY small BUT MIGHTY❤️🙏💪) with my husband & musical partner Sam Gay & our 4~legged kids (our precious, beloved horses, dogs & cats), life in the studio, sometimes life on the road, the stories behind our songs & some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

The BEAUTY~full paintings I included by my Mom are just the tip of the iceberg…seems like everyday I’m finding new originals & pictures of her paintings…she sold some & gave some away…she was ALWAYS trying to help causes she believed in, with her art & with her time…I was recently looking at some of her posts, just days before the worst happened…her two most recent posts were about another painter whose work she was inspired by & wanted to share & lift up & the other was about her husband, Don Masuret, Col. Retired USAF - Vietnam FAC - F100 - "Misty 78" & all the Veterans who served & serve & how much we need to lift them up & thank them for their service…My Mom & Don were one helluva BAD A$$ couple & quite the EPIC SH*T doin’ team, they were a BEAUTY~full LONG LOVE story that just didn’t last long enough…they fell in LOVE early on in their lives but their lives wound up taking them in different directions…I’m SOOOOO GRATEFUL they were able to come back together later in their lives & share a HAPPY LOVE~filled life together⭐♥️🙏⭐♥️🙏
