Thank you everyone for being so patient while I’m taking my break from the deep dives. Just as a little catch up here is the current state of…well everything.
I’m closing in on my last 2 PT appointments 🎉 but as my luck would have it, I started to really notice all of the symptoms in my neck. Now that the pain in my back has become manageable, my neck decided it wanted its moment in the spotlight.
That being said, I’m heading in next week for another MRI on my neck. I’m fully anticipating for the results to come back and show more degenerative disc disease in my neck.
I’m so eager to get back into my deep dives, and I know y’all are looking forward to it too. I want to wait and see what these results are before announcing their return. Thank you again y’all for being patient and have a Merry Christmas ❤️
