Why is your personal CV bank so strong, Aniket?I get asked this question quite often by companies.

And my answer is always the same: People Connect.

Over the past 10 years, my journey — from small startups to large global organizations — has been nothing short of nostalgic. Every step has been a story, every connection a lesson.

In India, most recruiters focus only on the candidates who are likely to get selected— those who will eventually join their organization and help them meet their joining targets. And honestly, that’s fair. I do it too — because that’s a core part of our role as recruiters.

But here's where I do things a little differently. I give equal respect and value to the candidates who are **rejected** in interviews.

Because I firmly believe — "A rejected candidate today is not a rejected candidate for life. Maybe today just wasn’t their day. Maybe their performance wasn't up to the mark today — but that doesn’t define their potential forever."

I maintain a repository of such candidates too. And the moment I see a relevant opportunity come up again, I reach out to them first. Because I know they deserve a second chance.

Maybe that’s why my CV Bank is not just strong — it’s trusted, diverse, and full of stories waiting to be rewritten.

🤝 Relationships over transactions. 💼 Potential over perfection. 📈 Long-term value over short-term wins.

That’s my approach. That’s my recruitment DNA.

Whether it’s leadership hiring, mid-level, or entry-level… be it **tech or non-tech roles — after a decade in recruitment, there’s one common pattern I’ve consistently observed across PAN India:

🗣️ As soon as you ask a candidate: "Tell me something about yourself?" They dive into their entire life story* — taking 10 minutes or more.

💡But from my 10+ years of recruitment experience, here’s what really works:

✅ Be crisp. Be clear. Be relevant.

When asked to introduce yourself in an interview:

1️⃣ Give a short, sharp summary— your current role, key responsibilities, and the types of projects you’ve handled.

2️⃣ Highlight impactful initiatives you’ve led in past organizations — especially those that drove results or brought positive change. 3️⃣ Engage your interviewer** — ask if they’d like you to elaborate on any one area in particular. Focus your depth there.

🎯 The more structured and concise you are, the stronger your impression as a candidate.

Remember: Precision is power in an interview.

From Dreams to Impact: A Decade in Talent Acquisition 💼💫

Back in 2015, I completed my MBA — fortunately, I graduated as the Gold Medalist and the batch topper.

That same year, I stepped into the world of Talent Acquisition, beginning my journey as a Recruiter.

From 2015 to 2025, it's been a 10-year journey — one that took me from small firms to some of the biggest global MNCs, working across levels up to Senior Recruiter.

Today, looking back, I realize that this was never “just a profession.” It has been a **life-changing platform** — one where we get to transform lives by connecting people to the right opportunities.

I’ve always believed:

“India is a nation where over 75% of people are either unemployed or underemployed — and we, as Recruiters, serve as the bridge between talent and opportunity.”

This journey has been nostalgic and deeply emotional.

I still remember the tears of joy in the eyes of a fresher when I handed over their first offer letter.

And I’ll never forget the pride in the eyes of a CXO-level professional during a heartfelt HR interaction.

This profession, for me, has always been about purpose — not just paychecks.

मेरा जन्म 27 जनवरी 1992 को मधुबनी के एक छोटे से जिले में हुआ था। आज मैं 33 साल का एक साधारण सा इंसान हूं, जिसकी ज़िंदगी संघर्ष, त्याग और मेहनत से भरी रही है।

10वीं तक की पढ़ाई मधुबनी में ही हुई, फिर 12वीं, ग्रेजुएशन, MBA और LLB लखनऊ से किया। स्कूल में पढ़ाई में बस ठीक-ठाक था, लेकिन MBA में गोल्ड मेडलिस्ट बना। ☺

MBA के तुरंत बाद, 22 साल की उम्र में पहली नौकरी गुजरात के जामनगर में मिली। आज भी याद है, पहली बार घर छोड़कर एक अनजान शहर, अजनबी लोग और एक अलग संस्कृति के बीच खुद को संभालना पड़ा।

फिर 26 साल की उम्र में साउथ इंडिया, चेन्नई शिफ्ट हुआ, जहां एक छोटी सी कंपनी में HR की नौकरी मिली। वहां की ज़िंदगी बेहद मुश्किल थी—न कोई हिंदी बोलता, न समझता। एक छोटे से दो कमरे के फ्लैट में 6 लोगों के साथ रहना पड़ता था। चेन्नई ने सिखाया कि संघर्ष, त्याग, तकलीफें और मेहनत ही असली ज़िंदगी है।

आज भी याद है, वहां ऐसा खाना मिलता था जिसे सिर्फ चबा सकते थे, क्योंकि न रोटी थी, न दाल। लेकिन फिर भी हिम्मत नहीं हारी। घर से दूर, जब कभी टूटता था, खुद ही रोता और खुद को ही संभालता।

फिर 29 की उम्र में, मेरी ज़िंदगी का टर्निंग पॉइंट आया—इंफोसिस जैसी बड़ी कंपनी ने मेरे अब तक के अनुभव और संघर्ष को पहचाना और मुझे एक मौका दिया।

आज 33 साल का हूं, ज़िंदगी की लड़ाई अभी भी जारी है। आज भी समय, परिस्थितियों और चुनौतियों से अकेले ही लड़ रहा हूं। लेकिन यकीन है कि एक दिन सब कुछ जीत लूंगा।

शायद यही मैंने प्रभु श्री राम के जीवन से सीखा है—
संघर्ष, त्याग, पीड़ा… और अंत में एक दिन, विजय! जय श्री राम! 🚩

Kaash ki ye duniya aisi hoti,jhaan log ek dusre ko support krte,kisi ke dukh me unke saath actual or real me khade hote,kisi ko koi criticise nhi krta,kisi ko koi nichaa dikhanee ko kosis nhi krta..

Sab ek dusre ko upar bhadanee ki kosis krte,kaash ki aisa hota(Aapki Life ka competition,stress,poori trh Khatam hota jb log aapke saath hote)..

Maano ya na maano hum sab bas khud ke liye sochte(khud ki Growth,khud ki success,iske liye samne wale ki emotions ko hi kyun na kill karna pde,hum ek bar nhi sochte samne wale ke bare me)..
