Orange flavour Cake Recipe -
Ingredients:-

For Sponge -
Orange juice -1/2cup
Curd -1/2cup
Oil- 1/2cup
Powder Sugar - 1cup
All Purpose flour -1&1/2cup
Baking Powder -1&1/2tsp
Baking Soda -1/2tsp
Orange zest -1/2tbsp
Orange food colour -a few drops (optional)

Orange Sugar Syrup:-
Orange Crush liquid
Water – 1/4 cup

For Orange Crush:-
Orange pulp – ¾ cup
Orange juice – 1/2 cup
Water – ¼ cup
Sugar – ⅓ cup
Orange Zest -1/2tbsp
Lemon juice – 1tbsp
Orange food colour – a few drops

For Orange Glaze:-
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Water – ¾ cup
Lemon juice – ½ tsp

Other
Whipped Cream - 1cup
