I haven't done one of these polls in a while, but I wanted to get some feedback on the Tour of Kanto series. It's cool that this little side idea I came up with not only ended up being my most viewed set of videos by far, but they're also really fun to make. A fine combo I must say. So basically, I've made 13 of these things now and there really aren't TOO many places left to cover. But I'm kinda torn on just how many of them I should make. For example, I talked about Viridian City a bit in the Viridian Forest video, so should I even bother giving that its own video? Same for Pewter City, Cerulean, Vermilion, etc. Not including routes, I think covering every remaining place would extend the series to like, 9 or 10 more videos. Let me know if you think I should absolutely exhaust Kanto for every named place or go with a couple more and consider moving onto Johto.

I thought I’d post a quick schedule update for the remainder of the Tour of Kanto series. I plan on doing Rock Tunnel, then SS Anne, Saffron City, Victory Road, Cerulean Cave. Well it happened. My Pallet Town video got completely blocked because I showed clips of the anime, even without any audio present. So I think I’ll have to re-upload it either by taking out the anime segment entirely or just show a still image over my voiceover. Basically, this sucks.

Hi friends. I wanted to thank everyone who chose to watch my GoldenEye video. It's been one that I wanted to revisit for a while now and I really put a lot of time and effort into it, knowing it wouldn't do as well as the Pokémon ones. But sometimes, you just gotta make a video that interests you in the moment and I'm quite pleased with how it turned out. But what I want to do next is continue the Tour of Kanto series and I figured I'd head back to the ol poll board here just to see what you all would be most interested in. I'm not necessarily going to choose the winning place, but I feel like this is important too. I'm only given four options here, so feel free to comment with more detail or some other suggestions too.

Hello all. I figured I’d do a quick channel update and say what I have planned for the near future, since it’s been four weeks since I put out a video. Lately, I’ve started writing three different videos, which isn’t something I normally do. But I keep changing my mind on what to work on. So for now, my plan is to have a relatively short video for the Year of the Snake, which is coming up soon. After that, I’m going to work on a pretty lengthy revisit of GoldenEye for the N64. I wanted to do a one-off 007 video and got some inspiration to talk about the entire thing. After that, I want to continue the Tour of Kanto and do another full TCG set discussion, this time with Team Rocket.

After that, I guess I’ll see what sounds fun at the time. Is there any existing series you’d really like me to continue? Or some other video ideas? I’m always open to listening and didn’t want to make yet another poll for that, but I think it’s always important to get a feel for what you all want to see. So videos are on the way, just maybe in another week or so. I’ll see you all for the Year of the Snek. Paraspectre will return.

Hi all. I felt like making a post here, as I decided I should start using my Bluesky account that I've had for a year now. Yayyy. I never really found much of a following on X/Twitter anyway...sorry, Elon. I also got around to making a linktree as well. Yayyyyyy. It's questionable whether the Discord link will work or not because I seem to have trouble with it every time I make a permanent link.

As far as it's going with the channel, I wanted to thank everyone for being so into the Tour of Kanto videos that I've been making. They started out as just some side idea I had and now they're by far the most viewed videos on the channel. So I'm definitely going to continue making those for the time being since they're quite fun to make. As far as the other videos, I'm certainly going to continue the Pokemon Paraspective and other TCG videos...but only when the timing feels right. Same for the Resident Evil retrospective. As far as the TCG challenges go though, I kinda feel like they were getting to be a bit too repetitive. I felt it and the view counts showed it, so I apologize if you were really hoping I would be doing more of those. I might do one every once in a great while, but they will not be my focus. Anyway, I'm working on another Tour of Kanto video next, so stay tuned for that. I'll end this post with my two links, so do with those what you will. Paraspectre will return.
