We sold, donated & gave away most of our stuff and shipped the rest, from SW Florida/USA, to begin our new life in Nice France! IMPORTANT IF YOU'RE CLOSE TO APPLYING FOR A LONG STAY VISA TO MOVE TO FRANCE!
There are so many of you presently preparing to apply for a long stay visa to move to France. I just read this article that will definitely affect the steps necessary to get your in-person appointment. If you're planning to apply for your Visa soon, I suggest you read this article. And if any of you have just gone through this "new" process to get an in-person appointment, perhaps you can share if it worked like this---and if it went smoothly and as described in the article. I would imagine this will reduce all the problems TLS, the new 3rd party contractor collecting paperwork, seems to be having with their website.
