This study was conducted by the New England Journal of Medicine. In the fine print underneath, it says that 700 of the women weren't vaxed until the 3RD TRIMESTER (week 28). This means that the 104 miscarriages occurred out of the remaining 127 women who got vaxed earlier. *Links in the comments*
