Jeff Lung is a Jesus-loving trilingual (English, Spanish, Mandarin) Fulbright scholar and self-taught artist interested in figurative abstract expression. All his life he has been obsessed with filling empty spaces with shapes, and his doodle-scribbled notebooks collected over the years document this quest. His major influences include M.C. Escher, Alex Grey, J.S. Bach, Alex Ross, Salvador Dali and the Wu-Tang Clan. In his free time, Jeff enjoys being outdoors: running, hiking and cycling. Born and raised in Quincy, Illinois, since leaving home at 18 years old he has lived in big cities like Madrid, Beijing, Los Angeles and Chicago. He now spends his time between central Illinois and south Texas.
