Happy weekend Warriors! Today I would like to share with you one of my top coping strategies for dealing with inflammation while you heal from gluten damage. Removing grains from your diet is usually the first step to healing your body from gluten damage. But most often your painful symptoms will not magically disappear. You have to put in a lot of effort in the healing process. One way I have found,from my experience and research,which helps with inflammation,a common symptom of gluten damage, is the consumption vegetable and bone broths. Every time I have consumed a bowl of these foods, I noticed my symptoms were not so bad.This is because they are easy on the stomach (gut) to digest. So I have stuck with it and today, I still make these broths a couple of times in the week and it has helped in healing my leaky gut.
