Several of you have already asked me to upload the OST of Shadow of the Erdtree, and after enjoying this incredible game, I more than anyone wanted that. But recently, several of my old videos ("Leyndell, Royal Capital" and "Volcano Manor") have been claimed, so I have been given a strike on YouTube.

I was thinking of waiting the 90 days without violations until the strike expires (47 days remaining) and then trying to upload the OST of the DLC, although at any moment they could claim half a channel from me and disappear from the internet :(

I don't make any money from this, it's something I did mostly for myself, but it would be a shame to lose it, knowing that many of you here also enjoy it.

I don't have much experience in this, so I resort to the knowledge of the masses.
What do you think?

Well, it hasn't worked. YouTube has denied my application to partner for reused content (which is what it is), which leaves me without the option to remove the ads that YouTube itself has put in my videos.

That said, it is in your hand to enjoy the content of the channel without ads. All you have to do is do a quick search (and maybe install a certain extension for your browser). There are even ad-free alternative apps for watching YouTube videos on your devices (at least for now).

I'm sure many of you already use these options, I just wanted to inform those who don't. Sorry I can't do more.

So, ads are appearing in some of my videos, which is quite annoying for me, since the only reason to upload them is to have long and uninterrupted audio tracks.
Apparently Youtube can do this on channels that are not in their partner program.
That being the case, I have decided to enter the program to at least have the option of turning them off.

Wish me luck (and hope they don't close my channel due to copyright as soon as they grant it to me) :D

I spend all my free time finishing up Elden Ring, and I think it's a good candidate to do some extended tracks.
