For the two people who noticed I didn't upload this past Friday:

I have some ideas for higher quality videos. Realistically though, YouTube is not my first priority. With school and just life in general, I don't particularly have the motivation or creativity to keep making videos every week. I want YouTube to be something I do for fun to try to help other people-I don't want to do it as a chore.I think from now on, I'm going to focus more on the quality of my content and less on the upload frequency. Hopefully this results in more polished, entertaining, and useful videos.

The content for the next video will be a long form (maybe 15-20 minutes?) video on everything relating to dopamine. From basic functions, understanding fluctuations, and techniques to leverage and better your motivation. I'm hoping it will serve as an "Intro to Dopamine." I'm going to need more time to research, learn, and edit as I'm hoping to really level up my engagement and ability to teach with this video. I'm going to take as long as I need to make a product I'm really proud of
