A few of you have welcomed me back 🥹 thank you so noticing, it means so much!
I've been SO busy this last few weeks... working very long hours on my business as it enters it's 2nd year (yay!).
But, I've not rested enough so I've been feeling a bit burnt out.
Which is silly because, do you remember my Chinese New Year video - where I mentioned protecting your energy? Well... I've not taken my own advice properly 🥴 and I'm feeling the affects.
So, a reminder to myself and to you -
look 👏 after 👏 yourself 👏 and 👏 rest 👏 its 👏 a 👏 strategy.

Hey everyone!
I hope you're having a beautiful week this far ✨️
I took my 2nd Chum Kiu grading at the weekend and passed without any marks. I'm so pleased!
I was so unbelievably nervous about this one and honestly to God, thought I was going to fail. To say that passing was a relief is an understatement.
We can be very hard on ourselves hold ourselves to very high standards which is both a good and bad thing.
It's good because you can achieve amazing and beautiful results.
But it's bad when it's at the expense of your mental peace.
I'm finding the balance.
But hey, I've written a poem about it and it's going up this evening at 6pm.
