Hey everyone! Back home after my water successful storm chasing trip and I'm going to start working on a series of chase day recaps. Hoping for at least three episodes. I want to put more work into them including radar data and commentary.
Apologies for the live stream today. We had a major equipment failure right before the storm produced a tornado knocking out my laptop, cameras and Internet. Frustrating. Hoping to get the situation fixed for tomorrow... 🌪️
As we enter a quiet stretch of weather, do you want to see more playing/live streams of @outbrkgame? I did one video in the past and it was well received! They have done a ton of updates since the release video.
Question for you all: Would you prefer our 2024 Storm Chasing vacation be in a separate standalone video, or premiere as a section in the overall "Live Life and Chase 2024" year-end doc that includes all my chasing from the year.
I'm considering having it as a standalone first as the shorter "vignettes" seem to perform better separate.
Feeling inspired to do a dedicated video of an old storm day featured in one of my older longer-format documentaries. A re-editing of something I did in the past given I actually know what I'm doing now. Maybe some more meteorology, decision making, etc. Any suggestions for those that have been following along?
2013 Moore, OK chase day?
2015 Canadian, TX?
2019 Linwood, KS? 2021 Morton, TX?
Or maybe a retrospective look on what I've learned over the years and how I would have applied it to a few different days? What do you want to see?
ROOF CAM UPDATE: After some tests, I've added a small fan to help circulate air inside the new bubble camera on the roof to help circulate air and mitigate fogging up.
With a lot of rain this weekend in Florida I'm putting it to the test!

So there seemed to be quite a lot of interest in my @outbrkgame video, should I stream on release day?
