2025 wasn’t a “grind & glow” year.
It was a healing year.

A year of unlearning survival.
A year of sitting with grief I didn’t know I was still carrying.
A year of realizing how much of my life was shaped by proving, performing, and pushing… instead of listening.

This was the year I slowed down enough to feel what my body, my heart, and my spirit had been asking for a long time.

I healed:
• the need to earn love
• the belief that rest is laziness
• the habit of abandoning myself to be accepted
• old relationship patterns rooted in scarcity and fear
• creative burnout disguised as “discipline”
• the idea that my worth lives in output

And in the quiet that followed, something else happened.

I started following my heart again — not the version shaped by expectation, but the one that knows when something is true, nourishing, and mine.

I made art because I needed to breathe.
I created music because it held my memories.
I stopped forcing timelines that weren’t aligned.
I allowed myself to change.

What you’re seeing here isn’t just what I made this year —
it’s what I released to make space for it.

2025 taught me that healing doesn’t look like perfection.
It looks like honesty.
Like boundaries.
Like choosing yourself even when it’s uncomfortable.

I’m ending this year softer, clearer, and more rooted than I’ve been in a long time.

And I’m walking into the next chapter with less fear…
and a lot more truth. ✨

2025 was one of the best years of my life.

It held so much creation, expression, movement, and growth.
The art you see here.
The music I released.
The moments lived fully, even when they were tender.

What you see here are the moments I could share —
the art, the music, the performances, the travels, the quiet joy, the growth.

But behind the scenes…
2025 asked everything of me.

Grief.
Heartbreak.
Financial instability.
Deep inner child healing.
Letting go of people, identities, and patterns I had outgrown.
Learning how to keep creating even when life felt heavy.

Some months I was painting through pain.
Some months I was singing while my heart was breaking.
Some months I had to go inward, pull back, and choose myself — even when it caused friction or misunderstanding.

And still…
I created.
I showed up.
I made art.
I told the truth.

This carousel holds both:
the life you saw and the life you didn’t.
The process and the product.
The beauty and the cost.

Behind the scenes, I was moving through change, healing, and deep internal shifts.
Learning how to stay connected to my creativity through every season.
Learning how to choose myself.
Learning how to keep showing up for my art — not perfectly, but honestly.

Some months were expansive.
Some were reflective.
All of them were meaningful.

What I love most about this year is that I didn’t stop creating.
I listened more deeply.
I trusted myself more fully.
I allowed life to shape the work — and the work to shape me.

This is what a lived-in artist’s life looks like.
Full. Human. Creative. Evolving.

Grateful for every chapter that brought me here.
✨ Onward.
