Do whatever the F you want in this life. This is a sign to chase your dream. Don't let anyone tell you what you can and can't do. The reason you are reading this is because I ignored everyone who told me no and just chased my passion of creating. I love my job, I love making videos, and I will continue to dictate my own life because you support me. I thank you for that, now its your turn.

My Hulk Hogan video got removed because of these 7 copyright claims. Usually if its 1 or 2 claims I can fix it/fight it. But this would require a re-edit and re-upload. And it could still get blocked the 2nd time lol. Not sure exactly what I'm gonna do.. Should I just re-upload or take the L?

I will not be uploading this Monday for the first time in 76 weeks lol. But that's because we are working on a huge video for next Monday! It's going to be my longest video ever.. so basically you are getting the equivalent of 2 uploads next Monday.

2 MILLION! It's easy to get enamored with numbers but I just want to thank each and every one of you. Recently I have been meeting a ton of people IRL who watch the videos and it's easy for me to forget just how many people watch them lol. So if you ever see me in real life don't be too shy to say whats up! YouTube is a dream job. I couldn't be more grateful and appreciative that this is my career. But it only exists with your support and the hard work of my team. Posting these documentaries every week has been challenging at times but I remain dedicated to keeping this consistent output for y'all. Recently we have been doing more 45 min videos and I'm ngl it is a little tough to accomplish that weekly. So I think I'm going to try and keep my videos around 20-30 min but other than that, expect a new video every Monday at 2:15pm CST. And as always, drink water 💙

My New Years Resolution is to keep doing what I did last year because y'all seem to like it a lot lol. A 20-ish minute mini-documentary every Monday at 3:15pm EST. There are 53 Monday's in 2024 so that means I need 53 topics. Who should I make a video on this year?

There is a LOT of conversation about YouTube/Twitch Reactors and how they "Steal" content.
The main problems people have are that these reactors essentially just watch videos, like mine, and provide little-to-no additional commentary but reupload their reactions and either:
1. Get more views (and more money) than the person who made the original content
2. Steal algorithmic traffic from the creator which essentially hurts their views.
Most people in defense of the reactors say that these videos are good exposure for the original creator and as long as they link the video in the description, then the OG creator shouldn't be upset.
I will share my experience..
Nearly every video I upload is reacted to by big streamers like XQC, Mizkif, Hasanabi, Im Dontai etc. As well as small streamers too. Some provide more commentary than others. Often they reupload the videos to their YouTube channel. When I had 500k - 1M subs, this did help my exposure a lot. These people often shouted me out and my videos would gain additional views. One particular example Penguinz0 reacted to 2 of my videos and I gained the most subscribers I ever had in 1 day in my entire YouTube career. Truthfully, I like watching people react to my content, even if they hate it and call me a dumbass, it helps me get better.
However as my channel got more popular I noticed the exact opposite in performance. These days when big reactors upload their reactions to my content, I feel that it almost stunts the growth of my videos temporarily. But I try to focus on topics that will get views over a long period of time so it ends up being okay in the long run. My frustration comes in when a reactor has their video monetized and my original video is demonetized/age restricted. But that's YouTube's fault not the reactors. OR what's happening now is people on TikTok/Facebook are straight up stealing my videos, not crediting me, and actually just claiming they made the vid. But that's a separate issue lol.
Ultimately, I don't care if people react to my content. I understand the argument that it's "lazy" or whatever. But the way i see it.. if you want to watch someone eat food to my video, chances are I wasn't going to get your attention in the first place, so at least my creation can get spread vicariously through reactors.
Also, my videos/resources wouldn't exist if it wasn't for the hard work of researchers, journalists, celebrities, podcasters, and other digital creators. We are all kinda "borrowing" content from one another.
That is just my experience, My team and I are very grateful for every one of you that decides to watch our videos.

I'm sorry I didn't post on Monday. My video was ready and uploaded over the weekend but YouTube won't monetize it, so I am working thru that.. But it will be worth it once it's uploaded 🙌
