Zoom out 💗 One more thing—many people may have wronged you in life. You probably feel hatred towards them, want revenge… don’t do it. Don’t think of evil thoughts about them. Whether they hurt you emotionally or maybe even physically, don’t wish harm on them. You don’t have to become friends with them again, or even make contact. But forgive them.
