Had a little Sunday with @theUFL ! Great times working my first game as a sideline analyst.
Loved seeing my guys still doing their thang too! Makes me miss the days of throwing touchdowns to em on the USC practice field… sorry there weren’t more in the Coliseum 😂✌🏻
It’s difficult for me to let a day go by that isn’t “productive.”
I don’t say that to hype myself up, if anything, it’s something I’m trying to rewire in myself. (It’s a mindset I’ve had since my athlete days.)
As someone who puts pressure on themselves to always pursue the next thing… build, plan, stay ahead, it’s hard for me to allow myself to slow down, without guilt.
But I have been recently, and I’m thankful for it. In March, I spent a couple weeks back home with my family, and it was a cup filler to say the least!!
Oklahoma beat Alabama when they played earlier in the season and the current vibes of the teams could not be any more different, so why is Alabama 1.5 point favorites on Friday Night in Norman? ⬇️
Oklahoma is one of the most unbalanced teams I’ve ever seen, yet somehow still a College Football Playoff team. What can Ben Arbuckle do to fix this offense to make a run in the playoffs?⬇️
No live show today. On the juiciest day of the college football calendar, my router/modem broke. At Spectrum store now to replace. Will film segments offline and get em up on YouTube ASAP ✊🏻
When Alabama and Georgia played in September, the Bulldogs were two for eight on third down conversions. If they want to beat the tide on Saturday, they're going to have to find a way to get Zachariah Branch involved and convert on late downs.

I posted a video about how the Iran war impacts college football. I shared it everywhere… the feedback and comments were fascinating.
❌Instagram hated it. Said I was tone deaf and out of touch. I get it, I have empathy for that position.
✅TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn? Completely different story. The depth and creativity was well received (see images below).
Same video. Same message. Completely different interpretations.
This is something I think about in two ways:
1️⃣ My audience on each platform isn’t the same.
On LinkedIn people are more open to hearing the full context before reacting.
My YouTube audience is football-heavy and rewards depth and explanation.
My TikTok audience rewards creative ideas, but is less familiar with my personal life.
My Instagram audience isn’t as football-focused and is more emotionally tied to my day-to-day life.
None of that is right or wrong. But it is different.
If I judged the post off Instagram alone, I probably would’ve deleted it and questioned my instincts. But zooming out, it landed how I expected it to.
2️⃣ If I try to shape every opinion to satisfy every audience… I won’t say anything meaningful.
I signed up for a job where I’m supposed to have takes. To analyze. To connect dots that aren’t always obvious.
5 or 6 years ago, feedback like that would’ve made me delete the post.
Now, I see it differently.
Most people (even if they disagree) understand where you’re coming from. It’s the small percentage that doesn’t.
And if I’m going to put my perspective out there, that’s part of the cost.

So here’s to striking more balance in 2026!

Ohio State has not allowed 17 points all season. They are the first team since the 1975 Florida Gators to do so.
Can Indiana break that streak tomorrow night? I break down why their run game will play a crucial role in doing so ⬇️
