किसी आरोपी, संदिग्ध या दोषी की संपत्ति को ध्वस्त नहीं किया जा सकता - सुप्रीम कोर्ट
आज उत्तर प्रदेश तथा अन्य राज्यों में किये जा रहे बुल्डोजर एक्शन पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. इस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा, किसी आरोपी या संदिग्ध या फिर दोषी की संपत्ति को ध्वस्त नहीं किया जा सकता. हम पूरे भारत में दिशा-निर्देश जारी करेंगे. जाहिर है कि इस बुलडोज़र एक्शन में नियमों का उल्लंघन हुआ है. किसी की संपत्ति को इस तरह कैसे ध्वस्त किया जा सकता है? चाहे वह दोषी हो या फिर आरोपी?
इस मामले में कोर्ट अब अगली सुनवाई 17 सितम्बर को करेगा. बुलडोज़र एक्शन के खिलाफ एसोसिएशन फॉर प्रोटेक्शन ऑफ़ सिविल राइट्स (एपीसीआर) संगठन और जमियत उलेमा ए हिन्द एंव अन्य लोगों ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में इंसाफ और संविधान की हिफाज़त की गुहार लगाई है.
