🖤 One last goodbye...


I honestly never thought I'd be making a post like this, but I think it's finally time to say goodbye to Blinky_Pink_OT4😞.....

If you've been here for a while, you probably know how much K-pop has meant to me. I've been a K-pop fan since 2018, and for years I genuinely never got bored of it. I used to listen to K-pop all the time especially BLACKPINK, make edits and Shorts, learn about different groups, and honestly, K-pop was such a huge part of my life and my comfort zone.
But slowly, things started changing.

Recently, I've been getting more interested in my own country, especially Indian music and culture. I've started exploring so many Indian songs lately, and honestly, I'm enjoying them in a way I never really expected.

The girl who once mostly listened to K-pop now has a whole playlist filled with Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and other Indian songs. It's honestly kinda crazy seeing how much my music taste has changed.

And honestly, K-pop just doesn't feel the same to me anymore.

Before anyone reads this and thinks I'm a fake K-pop stan, please don't😭🙏🏻. I've been a K-pop fan since 2018, so I know how much the K-pop I grew up with meant to me. But there's honestly a huge difference between the K-pop I knew back then and the K-pop we have now. The current K-pop scene is just not really my comfort zone anymore, and I don't feel the same connection or excitement that I used to.

Sometimes I can literally play a K-pop song now and get bored after listening to it once, which is something I never thought would happen😭.

Because of that, I've decided to slowly move on from Blinky_Pink_OT4 and eventually start something new, something more connected to the things I'm discovering now🙂.

I'm not completely abandoning this channel forever though. If I ever come across a K-pop topic that genuinely interests me again, I'll definitely try making a Short about it. So this isn't necessarily a "I'll never post K-pop again", goodbye. Maybe someday I'll randomly come back with a K-pop edit😭🫶🏻.

And yes... I know BLACKPINK's 10th anniversary was yesterday🥹. I really wanted to make a post or edit for it, but I couldn't. I was busy with parade practice in the morning and studying for my monthly exams at night, so I wasn't able to make anything. I'm really sorry about that, sooooooooooo BELATED 10TH ANNIVERSARY TO BLACKPINK 🖤💗🥹🫶🏻.

Lastly, I just want to say thank you to every single Nami who subscribed, liked, commented, shared my videos, or simply watched my Shorts. And a huge thank you to all the friends I made through this channel. You guys made this journey so much more special than I ever expected🥹💗.

And one more thing... 👀✨
I have decided what I want to do next. I'm going to leave Blinky_Pink_OT4 as it is and start a completely new channel for my new era🌷.

I want this new channel to be more connected to the things I'm interested in now, especially Indian music, culture, aesthetics and everything I'm slowly discovering about my own country. It feels a little scary to start from zero again, but at the same time, I'm actually really excited to see where this new era takes me. 🥹✨
So yeah... Blinky_Pink_OT4 was one chapter, and now I'm ready to start a new one💅🏻.
