I will educate you guys, and I would love if you could educate me. The goal is for all of us to be healthier, live longer, and most importantly look our best. I am an extreme ectomorph, but I will give advice for all the body types.

Fitness and nutrition are confusing topics. Experts often disagree on how you should eat or exercise. Scientists are often paid by food companies to lie or be quiet. My videos will explain my current beliefs and back them up with facts. Facts are often unreliable and people make mistakes. If you can explain why I am wrong it would be greatly appreciated.
