SHIELD Flying Car! On Twitter I put together a cool little pictorial history of the REAL car influences on Nick Fury's famous car. Here are some of the models I looked at; you can check 'em all out at this link:

Oh, baby! Enough of the 90s, they're bringing back the 80s suits for Wolverine and Cyclops! This show continues to surprise!

Did you love that 90s Spider-Man TAS cameo in X-Men 97?? Well you'll love it even more in THIS clip!!

Youtuber ‪@LitesJZ‬ added the vintage 90s TAS Spider-Sense effect to the shot, check out this clip from that channel, and let me know what you think about the X-Men 97 cameos so far! I loved that Captain America scene!

We're almost there! Just hours away and look at this new image from #Xmen97 - yep, you got it - looks like Morph is gonna have an impromptu stress test to his Sentinel complex, gonna find out how good that therapy is working!

One of the great eps is Courage, and I'm so looking forward to this sequel!

Look at the glorious damage on the new #Xmen97 Sentinels!

A good measure of animation is how they show damage, explosions, and such - there were some standout moments from the original show, most memorably from Wolverine slicing up sentinels in Night of the Sentinels Pt 2, Days of Future Past, and The Final Decision.

So I was really excited to see this, love all the exposed wires and machinery on this Sentinel. And in the newest footage released, we see the Sentinels in action, and their modeling and movement is fantastic, a serious upgrade to the original show's Sentinels.

Another shot that really piqued my curiosity is this seemingly giant robot in the second pic I've included here. I was wondering if this was a new adversary of some kind, but finally came to the conclusion that it's a Sentinel being constructed, without it's final outer shell - perhaps in a scene to symbolize the re-starting of the Sentinel program from Project Wideawake. What do you think?

Hot Dang! New trailer for #Xmen97 hits showing new imagery, and glory to the elf - Nightcrawler will appear!

And WITH his swashbuckling swords! How awesome is this character design? I'm going crazy over here, this looks amazing. Personally, I get a little annoyed with the shoulder flares sticking out, which was a staple of 80s comic book costume designs - but if you ever gonna have it, this is the one, it's always been a fantastic costume design by the late great Dave Cockrum. What do y'all think?

Best Fantastic Four? Here's some production art from the 90s cartoon (2nd season) showing off the Kirby inspired machinery for the show.

A lot of people don't know this show which is a shame, because it was probably the most Kirby-esque cartoon they've ever made! FF director Larry Houston posted this to twitter a while back:

How cool is this shot? You need to re-watch this whole 13 second sequence, which I argue on Twitter was a landmark on TV at the time.

I think this is secretly the best 13 second shot on Saturday morning cartoons in 1993! It's a sneak peek at something I'm working on - after many delays I'm determined to get new videos out before XM97 hits the air, and this is one topic - check out this amazing 13 second clip at the link, X-Men TAS director Larry Houston chimed in to give some detail on how he came up with it - and that originally it was just a dialogue scene, and HE decided to turn it into a kick ass 13 second action sequence! I'm starting to spring to life and have been posting some short analysis on Twitter - please follow if you're on it, and I'll try to start posting here again as well. Take care, and excelsior!
