This is Martha, the daughter of Irena. I'm sorry to tell you this so late, but my mother passed away on Jan 7, 2002 in the hospital. She went for hip surgery but 2 days later, she suddenly lost her pulse for some time and had to be put on a ventilator. It was later determined that the brain damage caused by lack of oxygen meant she would never wake up or be like how she was before. I don't know any of you, but I do know making these videos made her very happy and she was grateful to have all of you as her friends. Thank you so much for that.
