Who are the people most likely to fall for a scam?
Who are the most naive, hopeful, risk-prone people in society?
I settled on the idea that it was young people who are about to enter the real world for the first time. People like my high school best friend who joined a pyramid scheme and burned countless bridges because of it…
Then my question became: how do I reach these people and make them aware of the red flags before they get scammed?
Social media isn’t enough. Are high school students who have never been scammed watching anti-scam content? If they’re like I was in high school, they’re thinking “it could never happen to me!”
I’ve seen MLM companies setting up booths at college career fairs, trying to rob these young people of a future before they’ve even started.
I need to get there first.
So I’m putting my goal out there and hoping this finds the people who can help make it happen.
I want to do a public speaking tour around North America, going to high schools and universities educating students about the scams they will undoubtedly encounter in the near future.
Arming the next generation with the knowledge they need to avoid scams is the best way to protect their future and bankrupt the fraudsters who prey on them.

My investigation into the oldest and most powerful players in the "MLM" world brings me to South Korea.
At two different locations, Amway has taken over the entire floor of a mall to create its visage of success and American values. A café, a lab, a store, a history museum, a test kitchen, a fitness center, a theater, and an office all in one.
I never cease to be stunned when I see the endless millions Amway has invested to establish its foothold in Asia. They have expanded their product lines to encapsulate virtually every aspect of an individuals life. And indeed they do.
