Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing my ‘Lee Kum Kee and Me’ food journey with you creating recipes on here and my Instagram. Despite being experts in Chinese culinary culture, the versatility of Lee Kum Kee’s sauces extends to other cuisines and dishes. We’re talking BBQs, meat marinades and dipping sauces. Who knows, the love of my life (the air fryer) might even make a few cameo appearances… 👀

I’ve grown up with Lee Kum Kee so it feels extra special, nostalgic and very surreal to even be typing this out 🥺🥹😭 My parents used Lee Kum Kee sauces to remind them of home when they moved to London 31 years ago. Their love for the range followed us to every flat move, house, takeaway and family restaurant after that. The Soy Sauces and Oyster Sauce accompanied the Cantonese stir fries we ate after school. They were essential during university whenever I felt homesick. The Chilli Garlic Sauce spent weekends with us as we liberally added it to our dumplings. I’m even planning to take the chilli oil with me to Greece.

I’ve been waiting to tell you about this partnership and I'm so excited to finally share and have you join me on this exciting journey!!! But for now, here are some of my favourite dishes from the past few years using the sauces!

UPDATE ON VLOGMAS: Hello, my loves! As we're approaching the wedding (eek!! Saw the bride yesterday and she is RADIANT, SO SO SO BEAUTIFUL) the vlogmas videos from Antigua will be delayed or combined into one big vlog instead! We've mostly been enjoying the sunshine, meeting new people from the wedding party and I'm so conscious of *not* shoving a camera in anyone's faces whilst we celebrate such a special occasion! I hope that's ok!! Will make up for it with lots of London Christmas content when I'm back and bonus content too :))) love you allll xxx
