This time has been really tough for me to handle. I’ve personally had to delete my Instagram app and just try to take a break from socials as much as I can. Not that I want to ignore what is going on but because it has been impacting us immensely. Being black, having black skin in America, we’ve always been taught that we need to learn how to maneuver through our lives. We’ve been dealing with oppression , systemic racism, etc since day one. Everything that is going on is not brand new, it has been going on forever but I’m happy that the light is being shined. Enough is ENOUGH! BLACK LIVES MATTER! And they always have! No justice no peace ✊🏾
