Please enjoy a quick excerpt from my newest book, based on the popular video game series Five Nights at Freddy's by Scott Cawthon.

"I can answer that with just numbers. One, nine, eight, three." Henry said, and William scowled at the mention of the numbers, he knew exactly what they meant.

"Why do you bring it up though?" William asked with a sigh "We vowed to never return to that time."

"It's not like it's the only thing; our relationship broke further when my daughter died, just the following year, and then not to mention those children." Henry said, and William shook his head.

"Those kids were alleged, never proven to have been truly connected to the Pizzeria, besides. You can't win every time." William said as Henry shook his head, the two sighed as they remembered these bad memories, but that's when Henry noticed Mike looking in from the other side of the glass window.

Mike sighed as he placed down the book to take another look at the cameras, but something was off, the curtains in Pirate's Cove was shut, so nothing out of the ordinary there, but... that's what was wrong, Bonnie was missing.

"Wait, Where's Bonnie!?" Mike said as he frantically searched the cameras in the show-stage room, Chica was still on stage-left, and Freddy still on center-stage. Mike swapped camera views, the bathroom was empty, the right hall was empty, the supply closet nearby was empty, then he flipped to the Part and Service room, all the way next to the stage, and that's when he saw two silver eyes staring at the camera from the shadows of the room.

Mike looked closer at the rabbit animatronic. Its fur—if he could even call it that—was a faded, beaten shade of purple, like the color had been worn down over time. Maybe it had once been blue, vibrant and clean, but now it was something else—something aged, dulled by years of exposure and neglect. That mixed with the darkness of the Parts and Service room combined to give an eerie feeling, one that Mike just couldn't shake, almost like... like there was something more to this robotic mascot than meets the eye. That's when Bonnie seemed to tilt his head, in a... an observant manner, whatever is wrong with the mascot, it's definitely more than meets the eye.
