I've been in recovery from a restrictive ED for four years.I wanted to make a community for older runners and newer runners, so I started documenting my running. Even if you aren't new to running or over 50, you are welcome. My videos are mostly all focused on #runningmotivation from my thoughts and experiences. I am not a doctor, coach or fitness pro, I'm just a lady with running sneakers and too much free time. :)
