My goal is to share videos of Zentangle art and patterns that are easy for beginners to follow. I don't rush and I never speed up the videos. This channel is meant to be helpful and fun for both beginners and experienced Zentangle artists. As explained by the founders, "The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns." In these uncertain times, I find Zentangle to be very calming.

Great news today. I saw my oncologist and he said there is no evidence of cancer! I was so happy, I bought the MD Anderson t-shirt to announce it. I'm so very grateful to all of you who have supported me with emails, kind comments, and sending prayers up for me. I love you all and I look forward to making more fun (not perfect) videos in 2026!

Yehudit was my first private student and her channel is focused on beginners. She has created her own list of easy patterns to use and she is using a labyrinth for drawing each tangle. See the attached photo. I used pastel chalks to color my labyrinth. It is small and printed on 8.5x11" paper.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please read
You complete me! This is a mindful swap based on traditional Zentangle.
Black ink on an official Zentangle tile- white 3.5" Zentangle tile.
* Create and tangle FOUR tiles in a mandala style.
* The tangled art should begin in one corner and not pass the center of the tile. I use a compass or trace a Zendala tile!
* Use shading but not color.
* The tiles should be created individually.
* You will receive one of your own back, plus three tiles created by someone else.
* This swap is open to anyone who practices traditional Zentangle! Our other swaps included art from more than five different countries!!!
* Be sure to put your name/email on the back of each tile!
* Must include a SASE (self-addressed envelope) with each entry.
* Enter as many 4-corner sets as you wish!

I have very good news. I met with my oncologist today before going in for my fourth infusion. He said that the tumor in my liver has shrunk almost 50%, so the chemotherapy is working. That makes me so very happy!!

I have received so many wonderful comments and I appreciate all your thoughts and prayers. These truly help me to feel better and inspire me to create new videos. I have one planned for this weekend after I recover from today's infusion.

Thank you for your love and support as I navigate this cancer journey!

Happy New Year to all my awesome Zentangle friends! I'm happy to say that I'm feeling better each day and hope to start recording my videos again soon. My energy level is low, but it's only been three weeks, so I'm trying to be patient. I appreciate all the emails, prayers, and positive energy that has been sent my way. You all warm my heart so very much!

Hello my Zentangle friends! I'm so happy to be home from the hospital and recovering. I'm getting a little better every day. I've been watching the latest Zentangle Project Pack 25 videos and I've enjoyed them so much. If you don't know about this project pack, you can find the videos here: youtube.com/@Zentangle/videos. All of these tiles are done in black-and-white, and they use basic patterns. You don't need to purchase the project pack, but it is available at zentangle.com/collections/project-packs.

If you're new to Zentangle, you might not be aware that the previous Project Packs are available to watch on the Zentangle YouTube channel.
