Changes in earth's magnetic field are loosening memory blocks and raising our consciousness. This is a layer by layer process. We remove the layers or filters one at a time slowly peeling back the essence of who we are. We are lifting the veil of any story or pattern that does not resonate the highest truth.
These spikes in electromagnetic frequency can cause the body many symptoms. As we vibrate faster our nervous system is being recalibrated. We generate heat so those hot flashes show the intense energy our bio suit is processing. Whatever your symptoms are don't freak out they are temporary as we adjust to ever higher levels.
How have you shown your body some love? As we clear our signal all is being restored to the divine blueprint it was meant to be.

I know you are feeeeeeeling all this solar activity. Our bio suit is picking up these intense bursts in so many ways. We are moving ever higher in frequency which is affecting our nervous system. Our vibration is changing.
As we vibrate differently have you noticed a change in sleeping or eating patterns?
We will receive the Xclass CME that erupted yesterday on Sunday or Monday so just allow this energy to be received and observe.
We are in the Time of the Light. Our body is being prepared to hold even more, so make sure a self care routine is in place. Breathe, move, ground and hydrate.
