Göbekli Tepe: What place do you think it holds in biblical history?

Irrelevant to the Bible? Pre-flood primitive worship site? Post-flood altar built by one of Noah’s sons? Something else entirely?

It’s located in Turkey, not far from the mountains of Ararat. We know it’s old and it’s more sophisticated than anyone thought possible for its age. Pillars in a circle, covered in reliefs of animals and faces, a sprawling complex that’s mostly still unexplored…but where does it fit in our understanding of the story of Genesis? Or do you think it doesn’t fit, forcing us to face something uncomfortable about Genesis?
