I come from a lineage of wanderers — my Baba raised in a Russian gypsy family, my father a hobo riding the rails. I’ve carried that spirit all my life, but stayed still to raise my children. Now, with the van and the highway ahead, I’m answering the call.

This channel is about recovery, resilience, and the healing power of movement and a bit of comedy here and there. I’ve lived with mental health in all its shapes and forms, written a self-help book and audio album, and worked alongside NAMI and other organizations. Now I’m turning to the road itself — to see if vanlife is my next step toward peace of mind and good physical health.
