It is important that people see the impact that tall buildings with glass can have on birds during migration. The reason birds hit these structures is due to their inability to see the glass and mistaking it for reflections of the sky or vegetation for open space.
@jgyekis has been providing great short documentaries on birds that have hit tall structures with glass. It is so sad, but important to see what tall structures with glass can do to migrating birds.
