Monday Mindful Moment: Last week was the first in a while that we saw Cali turn a corner after struggling with rhinovirus. We got a smile and endless giggles. Thankful to hear her sweet voice & see this big smile.

One of the things we struggle with when Cali gets sick is because she's nonverbal and we can't pinpoint it right when the symptoms are creeping up. So you learn to be observant, pay attention to little and big changes in behavior and medical needs.
