I have travelled to many Caribbean Islands, across Canada and the United States. It is where I love rejuvenating my mind, body, and soul. It is where I have done some of my best meditation, and where I find my authentic self.
I halve always loved to do yoga. I became a certified Yoga Teacher. I’m always trying to find time throughout the day to meditate, or go onto the mat and do some poses, or to stop and journal some thoughts.
I lived in Ecuador for two years. What an amazing experience. I became a Reiki Master and Crystal Reiki Master.
When you love what you do, you will never work again, you will always do what you are passionate about.
