The clinic was established in 2017, at Cuttack, Odisha by Dr. Diptiman Baliarsingh after he completed his Master of Surgery in Otolaryngology from Utkal University with highest marks in university and state. He is also a gold medalist in undergraduate days. He was the first ENT doctor in Cuttack to start all the sub-specialties of ENT under one roof that is Ear surgery (Otology), Nose surgery (Rhinology), Throat surgery (Laryngology), Skull Base Surgery and Head and Neck Oncosurgery (Cancer Surgery) with other related departments that is Audiology and Vestibular Diseases Diagnostic Lab, Cochlear Implant Center and Voice Clinic.
His belief and principle of treatment of each and every patient with utmost attention to patient complains is what makes him the different that others in this specialty as he always believes that his patients are his greatest teachers. His approach to every patient is tailor made according to what is necessary for that particular patient.
