1. Inflation at record low (0.25%)

Jab CPI inflation itna low hota hai, matlab mahangaai control me hai.

RBI ka target range 2%–6% hota hai — to 0.25% usse kaafi neeche hai.
➡️ Isse RBI par rate cut (interest rate kam karne) ka pressure badh sakta hai.

🔹 2. Interest rate cut expectation

Agar RBI rate cut karta hai, to:

Borrowing cost (loan, EMI, business loan) kam hoti hai.

Companies ke profit margins improve karte hain.

Stock market me liquidity badhti hai.
➡️ Ye sab bullish (positive) signals hain equity market ke liye.

🔹 3. Sector-wise impact

Banking & Financials: Positive (rate cut se demand badhegi).

Auto & Real Estate: Positive (loan sasta hone se sales badh sakti hai).

FMCG & Consumer Goods: Neutral to positive (input cost kam hone se margin improve).

Commodity sectors (Gold, Metal, Oil): Thoda negative (kam inflation = kam demand outlook).

🔹 4. Short-term view

Market pehli reaction me rally kar sakta hai kyunki low inflation = rate cut hopes.

Lekin agar inflation bahut low ho jaye (deflation risk), to long-term me growth concern bhi aa sakta hai — lekin abhi ke liye ye positive sentiment news hai.

✅ Summary:

“October CPI 0.25% — Market sentiment Positive, RBI policy ke liye dovish signal, aur liquidity supportive environment.”

🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫NOTE: this is only my View🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 ................................................................................................

📢📢✅US Feed Meetings Time Today 12.30 AM, 19 of December. Jerome Powell as FOMC set to announce its rate cut decision by 25 basis points.

🟢American Market

👉🏼(Positive Sentiment):

👉🏼Growth-Oriented Stocks

🟢Indian Market

FII Inflows

👉🏼Export-Oriented Companies

📣Liquidity Push:
🚀Short-Term Impact:
(Positive):

🚀Sectoral Rotation:
Defensive sectors (जैसे IT, pharma) की बजाय cyclical sectors (जैसे banking, auto) में ज्यादा interest बढ़ेगा।
