Hi,
I'm Ant, and this is Mellow Gaming.
Mellow Gaming is a, mostly, let's play channel. Often I do the let's plays solo but am often joined by a few friends and, occasionally, other Youtubers.
Mellow Gaming is also home to Mellow Gaming Recommends, a series of videos where I take a look at a particular game I feel is worthy of note. If you would like to support the Recommends videos then have a look at the Patreon I made for it.
Other than that you'll see the occasional commentary free gameplay vid, unboxings and general geekery.

I know it's been a while but I have just been extremely lazy. Also, been playing a lot of Yakuza games, which I'll need to grab footage of for another thing. See ya soon!

Been a while.
I know uploads have slowed down. It's semi intentional. My plan was to have less let's plays between scripted videos, but I've barely found the time for scripted videos recently. So updates. I have a short scripted vid written, but it's more of an announcement vid. Basically to prep for the new direction the scripted videos will go in. So rather than Mellow Gaming Recommends, where I chat about a game, or a series of games, and what I like about them in a review format I'll be vagueing the whole format up by talking about concepts and mechanics and the like. Still not got a proper name for the show. Right now it's Mellow Gaming The Show. Planning to have a slightly different presentations style. More of me on camera (unfortunately) and maybe some stuff shot a bit more adventurously. Got a real camera and everything now!
I've also been doing the odd Transformers toy review and chat vid over @abc-antsbotcollection These are nice and quick to produce so it's been nice making them in, like, a week. Plus it helps that my Transformers Bluesky and Twitter accounts have plenty of followers to share them with.
So yeah, will be getting back to scripted videos before too long. The first full episode of Mellow Gaming The Show (Title subject to change) is all planned out. Just need to actually be made. It'll be about nice places in games. And maybe some nasty ones. Let's plays will still happen, hopefully Paul will be free to do some soon, but they won't be every week. Bear with me and we'll be back on track before too long.

Yo!
No let's play this weekend. Been a bit full of cold and flu symptoms and busy in the evenings so not had a chance to record anything. Should be back next Saturday though. I'll find something fun to play. Or something rubbish that seemed like a good idea at the time. That's how these things usually go around here.

I sold a game last week to this chap and he's been kind enough to give Mellow Gaming a little shout out in his video. So why not return the favour by checking Retro Ghetto out yourselves. He focuses on retro collecting, game pick ups and bargain hunting, which I'm sure appeals to some of you lot. So yeah, do a watch and whatnot.
