✨ What is Ati Rudra Sadhana?

📜 Sri Rudram is an ancient Vedic chant invoking Lord Shiva in His fierce and supremely auspicious form as Rudra.

It has two parts:
Namakam – praises Lord Shiva
Chamakam – seeks material and spiritual grace
Both contain 11 chapters called Anuvakyas.
