The program's core focus is on strengthening enterprises for sustainable growth by equipping participants with skills in governance, compliance, English and communication readiness, digital and marketing adoption, and leadership. This comprehensive ecosystem, also referred to as a 360-degree approach, is designed to provide women entrepreneurs with the funds, freedom, and capacity to scale their ventures and truly "Rise and Roar."
Key Program Initiatives
The initiative is delivered through a set of specialized sub-programs to ensure all aspects of business growth are covered:
Skill Development and Training:
Spark KAUSHAL provides industry-relevant skills, from digital literacy to vocational training, to build entrepreneurial capacity.
Spark HER MBA functions as a mini business accelerator, placing cohorts with management institutes and corporates to expedite business growth.
Spark X is an executive leadership development program offering advanced leadership modules, community building, and network development for seasoned entrepreneurs.
Access to Capital and Markets:
Spark NIDHI is the financial arm, offering a holistic financing instrument that provides both micro-credit and growth capital for women-led enterprises.
Spark BAZAAR focuses on market access, helping entrepreneurs tap into existing marketplaces (both physical and digital) to unlock domestic and global demand for their products and services.
Support System and Mentorship:
Spark MITRA is a structured mentorship network that creates a multi-layered ecosystem where entrepreneurs gain access to seasoned leaders, peer mentors, and domain experts.
Spark SAMRIDDHI KENDRA establishes district-level facilitation centres in over 300 locations, acting as one-stop hubs for training, mentoring, compliance support, and market linkages.
