Apple crumble is a classic for a reason. It’s cosy and nostalgic, like something Grandma would serve hot out of the oven on a cold evening. And let’s all be honest here… the crumble topping is ALWAYS the best part. So, I turned it into a cookie. 🍎
A buttery oat crumble cookie, warm spices, soft baked apple, and a drizzle of golden syrup to finish. They look fancy but they’re secretly so quick and easy to make, and you don’t even need to wait for them to fully cool before taking them with you.

Think soft, thick NYC-style coffee cookies, topped with a light mascarpone cream and finished with a generous dusting of cocoa powder. The best part? These brown butter banana bread cookies are the ultimate dessert mash-up. They’ve got everything you love about chewy chocolate chunk cookie… but they taste like banana bread.
Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy in the middle, and packed with flavour. Brown butter, melty chunks of milk chocolate, and crunchy banana chips in every bite.
My partner said these were the best cookies he has ever eaten (and living with a Bake Off winner, he’s eaten A LOT of cookies 🤣) so you can trust his judgement!
