This might be a controversial opinion, but I truly believe all brownies should be baked in a round cake tin! Hear me out — you get the best of both worlds: a gooey, fudgy centre AND those chewy, caramelised edges in EVERY SINGLE SLICE. Moist, rich, and a little bit chewy on the outside… basically, brownie perfection.
