This week we are in Pisa, before heading to one of the most beautiful cities we have EVER been to... San Gimignano! We try the most famous Gelato in the world, and eat what could be the best pizza we will EVER eat in our entire lives!

This week we head to Camden Market, arguably one of the best markets in London. I've seen SOOOOO much hype on social media about the food there that we just had to go and try some the viral foods!
But the BIG question is... does the food at Camden Market live up to the hype?
5 delicious Easter recipes to make this long weekend… because what better to do all weekend than eat scrumptious food 🐣🐰🪺
1. Hot cross bun tiramisu: If you head to the supermarket this weekend I bet all the hot cross buns are on special! Grab a bag or 2 and make this silky smooth hot cross bun tiramisu.
2. Weet-bix and chocolate nest cheesecake: this one is for my chocolate lovers! A crispy weet-bix and milk chocolate nest filled with a luscious white chocolate cheesecake
3. Easter chocolate tray bake cake: a fun, delicious, family friendly recipe that would be great to make with the kids!
4. Hot cross bun cinnamon buns: like hot cross buns on steroid. Soft spiced buns with a sticky fruit filling & cream cheese cross.
5. Mini egg & baileys tiramisus: my all time favourite easter recipe! They’re elegant, indulgent, and secretly super easy to make!
This week we are in Manchester! When we say we had the BEST time, we mean it. Manchester was awesome! Our goal was to find the best coffee spots - did we find any? You'll just have to watch! 😉

DULCE DE LECHE STUFFED DOUGHNUTS 🍩 Dunked in dark chocolate ganache and roasted peanuts 🥜
These dulce de leche stuffed doughnuts are a 2 day labour of love… but TRUST ME, they are worth every second of the wait. Soft, pillowy brioche doughnuts, filled with rich homemade dulce de leche, DUNKED in silky dark chocolate ganache and finished with crunchy salted peanuts… they are ridiculously good.
In this recipe, I walk you step-by-step through the entire process, including how to prepare the brioche doughnuts, make the perfect oven-baked dulce de leche, and assemble bakery-worthy doughnuts at home.

APPLE CRUMBLE COOKIES 🍏 Everything you love about a crumble but in a cookie!
Apple crumble is a classic for a reason. It’s cosy and nostalgic, like something Grandma would serve hot out of the oven on a cold evening. And let’s all be honest here… the crumble topping is ALWAYS the best part. So, I turned it into a cookie. 🍎
A buttery oat crumble cookie, warm spices, soft baked apple, and a drizzle of golden syrup to finish. They look fancy but they’re secretly so quick and easy to make, and you don’t even need to wait for them to fully cool before taking them with you.
If you love a classic dessert but want it in cookie form, this one’s for you. 💕
