Was taken from you by who? Let's be honest here, you were let down by the one who's supposed to stand by you, I agree.
But you also let yourself down, and this is the mistake pick me women make.

They fail to tell themselves the absolute truth about whatever situation they are in.
Even in life generally, you can't get anywhere or grow much by lying to yourself, you'll only end up stuck, running round circles and even shooting your own legs by your own hands.
You'll first start by telling yourself the truth, weigh the available options and then pick the wisest one, which in this case wasn't what she did.

Dear women, can we normalize taking charge of our lives?
This thing about waiting to be saved is old school, na strategy the older generation used in incapacitating women.

Now this is the 21st century, unlearn, relearn, na talk them go talk but at least you'll have your peace, your life, your authonomy intact.

Tradition manipulates a woman to conform in marriage, yes I agree.
Religion empowers and encourages the disfunctions in marriages, yes I agree.

But times are better now, opportunities still exists fully now, nobody is susceptible to more pain, stop living on forced survival mode.
Our mothers did it and it sure paid nothing but more mesery and regrets.

At 28, you should've outgrown the conditioning and every rule put in place to subjugate.
You are your own savior first before anyone else.
Why would you waste your life and time to take a bullet for an efulefu man?
God! some of these women insult womanhood.
I'm still in my twenties but chukwu aju that I will discard myself this much for a koromoto, an excuse of a man.

If your hair usually cuts or breaks or sheds and you've cut your hair intending to start a fresh.
Or you simply want it to stop cutting.

Here are very simplified steps to follow so you can experience good hair health and growth in this new faze.

Step 1
Identify the root curse of the breakage you've had before, was it because of your abuse of chemical relaxers, too much use of heat styling equipments, were always stressing your hair with trending styles, forcing it to look beautiful and classy even when it shows you that it's tired. It shows you this in it's appearance, like becoming more thin, weightless, brownish etc.

Step 2
Choose the anti breakage products or ingredients to begin your journey with and your hair/scalp structure. For example when I first set out to treat breakage. I started with coconut oil, pawpaw leaves and clove and they did wonders for me, until I got carried away and busy with radio internship and employment.

Step 3
Create a treatment schedule according to your time frame, look at your time table and map out suitable times, one you're sure to stay consistent in.
Is it gonna be once in a month, 2-4 times monthly, weekly?
