What's one of my biggest regrets as a TEFL teacher?
Not creating my own personal ESL materials library.
I've spent hours creating lessons, PowerPoints, worksheets, games, and activities, yet the files stayed on the school's computer or were paper copies only.
Instead, create a Google Drive or similar just for your teaching materials and keep them organized by level, topic, and theme.
