Canva has just launched Magic Studio and it's REVOLUTIONARY. Here's what you can do with it...
These first two flagship features will change the design industry forever (I don't say that lightly).
• MagicDesign™ - describe or upload your ideas and let AI swiftly generate professional presentations, videos, or social posts tailored to your brand.
• Magic Switch™ converts your designs into various document types (e.g advert to sales report), reformats for content for different platforms, and auto-translates content.
• Magic Media™ brings Text-to video (beta) and Text-to-image inside Canva.
• Magic Expand is their outpainting feature that lets you expand images
• Magic Grab allows you to select and edit the subject of an image to edit, resize or reposition it.
• Magic Edit transforms your image based on a written prompt; just select the area and describe your desired change.
• Magic Eraser remove objects from an image by painting over them
• Background Remover one-click background removal
• Magic Animate Automatically apply the perfect animations and transitions to your entire design.
• Magic Morph transforms words and shapes into AI-generated objects and textures with a text prompt
• Data security Canva only uses your content to train AI with your opt-in permission; you're not automatically enrolled.
AND finally, don't underestimate the significance of this one:
• App Marketplace Integrate AI-powered tools from Canvas Apps Marketplace into your workflow.
You can pull in functionality from your favourite AI app, this is an ADOBE killer.
Canva won't need to, or be able to, keep up with every new AI feature and development, but by creating a marketplace where creators can access a huge audience they are sure to stay ahead of the curve.
We haven't seen the quality of the output yet since it only launched at 9 a.m., but we know it will only get better.
